Today, it has given its name to a wine winemakers of Buzet, which assembles old Merlot vines, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. During the harvest, careful selection is made to keep only the ripest berries, they then subject to a very extractive wine, to get the finest tannins while maintaining the fruitiness of the grapes. Two-thirds of the wine is finally aged in oak barrels, the third being meanwhile for stainless steel tanks. This Buzet offers notes of ripe black fruit highlighted by toasted and vanilla of his breeding. With its powerful and tannic palate, this wine is decanted several hours before serving and who will flourish a few years in the cellar.
