Morey would take its name from a mountain-shaped snout ""Moure"" pre-Latin, which stands in the southeast. The first mention of Morey appeared in 1120. That is, with just under 100 hectares, one of the smallest appellations of the Côte de Nuits. The plot of Morey-St-Denis Domain Drouhin Laroze 0.18 hectare, planted in 1946, is located in the high part of the locality ""In Très Girard"". This appellation is high in new oak barrels and ""d a wine "", whose wood comes from Allier and Nivernais. the area favors heaters"" soft ""to"" average plus ""to get a perfect harmony between wine and wood tannins. The exceptionally warm and sunny weather of the first week of September allowed an early harvest.
