Pinot Gris Grand Cru "ZOTZENBERG" 2007 - Armand Gilg
Soft and pleasant wine marked by yellow fruits while length and generosity. If the Pinot Gris is a great wine is that it shines by its balance, this structuring cool tempers its power and roundness. Pinot Gris has a lovely yellow-golden color. The nose offers a great aromatic complexity, Pinot Gris develops typical smoky notes and gourmand aromas of dried fruit, apricot, honey, beeswax, gingerbread ... Being fairly secretive by nature, Pinot Gris d'Alsace deserves to be aired in his glass to fully appreciate its complexity. The mouth is full and fleshy is supported by a nice tension that gives fullness to a well structured. The finish is long, well balanced.
