Salsa Tartufata – 190gr Tuber aestivum 5%
Our Salsa Tartufata is prepared with estate truffles (tuber aest. vitt.) combined with mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil and spices. The salsa is prepared by hand in Italy. The Salsa Tartufata can be eaten cold but we recommend it hot. To prepare is, we advise you to brown slices of garlic in “Monte Serano” olive oil and then to add the Salsa Tartufata. It is ideal for the aperitif on roasted bread, on traditional pasta (strangozzi), to stuff meat or to flavour salsas or a purée. |Ingredients||Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, parsley ,garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper, Estate Truffles (Tuber Aestivum vitt.) 5%. Once opened keep in the fridge for 4-5 days.|
