Salsa ai Funghi Porcini - 190gr
Our Salsa ai Funghi Porcini (boletus edulis) is prepared with funghi porcini (ceps) combined with mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil and spices. The salsa is prepared by hand in Italy. The Salsa ai Funghi Porcini (boletus edulis) can be eaten cold but we recommend it hot. To prepare it we advise you to warm it up in “Monte Serano” extra virgin olive oil. It is ideal for the aperitif on roasted bread, on traditional pasta (pappardelle), on a risotto, to stuff meat or to flavour salsas. It has a delicate taste and it is silky on the palate.
|Ingredients||Ingredients: Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, parsley ,garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper, Estate Truffles (Tuber Aestivum vitt.) 5%. Once opened keep in the fridge for 4-5 days.|
