Salsa ai Carciofi Tartufati - 190gr
Our Salsa ai Carciofi Tartufati is prepared with artichokes and estate truffles (tuber aest. vitt.) combined with mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil and spices. The salsa is prepared by hand in Italy. It can be eaten cold but we recommend it hot. To prepare it we advise you to warm it up in “Monte Serano” extra virgin olive oil. It is ideal for the aperitif on roasted bread, on traditional pasta (pappardelle), on a risotto, scampis, to stuff meat or to flavour salsas. The combination of artichokes, truffles, garlic and hot pepper gives a strong taste to this salsa.
