Produced in the heart of Umbria, this old-style salami also called Perugino is produced by a local butcher using a traditional methodology. The fats and the peppers are entire. This salami is heat in front of a wood fire for a night before to be dried for a few months. It taste is strong. It will delight the lovers of tasty home-made delicatessen. We propose various sizes (300g/400gr, 600gr/800gr).
