The prosciutto di Norcia is a tastycured ham of 8.5kg minimum. This ham is tasty and it is characterized by a typical perfum slighly spicy. It is made of adult pork and produced exclusively in the district of Norcia in Umbria. It matures for 2 years in a mix of lard, flour and spicies. This ham is more rustic than a prosciutto di Parma but it is very tasty and original. We propose it entire (approx. 9kg), or by quarter (approx. 2-2.5kg sold under vacuum) and by loose.
