Formaggio al Tartufo Bianco (9.5€/u. - 1 pièce +/-200gr)
We propose two truffled cheeses. The first one is a Pecorino al Tartufo (Tuber Borchii). It is made out of pasteurized goat milk and we recommend it at the aperitif with a pesto, with salad or on a cheese plate. It can also be heat hot. The second cheese is the Formaggio al Tartufo Bianco (Tuber Magnatum Pico). It is prepared with the precious white truffle from Alba (Tuber Magnatum Pico). It can be eaten alone or with other cheese and can be used when preparing original appetizers.
