Description
Alain Gras has been working passionately since 1979 in the respect of the land. An exceptional land with its location on top of a hill, which benefits from a clay and limestone soil which forces the vineyard roots to go deeper into the rock to get all the element it needs.
This very typical soil gives our grape all its elegance, its coolness and its mineral taste. The domain now covers 12 hectares mainly located in Saint Romain, white and red, in Meursault and Auxey Duresses white and red.
Pale and crystalline yellow colour, with a beautiful gloss. Nose with an aromatic overtone of white flowers and citrus fruit on an oaky grilled basis. The taste offers a balance between fat and chilliness which makes it a racy, delicate and elegant wine.
