Champagne BRUT 2007 - Pierre Launay
A great champagne plebiscited by the press. The vintage version is balanced between% Chardonnay and Pinot Noir%. The field is located Launay from 1973 to barbonne-fayel Sézannais in the south of the Cote des Blancs. The vineyard consists of 14 hectares of which 2/3 are Barbonne Fayel and Broyes (Marne), while the remaining third is Loches-sur-Ource and Buxeuil in the rating of Bar (Barséquanais). The Launay are driven by a desire to produce wines of high quality while respecting the nature of the Earth, ecology, environment and with the constant concern to reduce the drudgery of work the vineyards and in the cellar. Pale gold. Nose of ripe white fruit (peach, pear), notes of dried or candied fruit generating olfactory complexity. frank and supple texture, while lightness and length. The maturity of the wine is frankly expressed.
